About Our Client:
Our client is a highly regarded law firm with an award-winning Real Estate team of over 150 lawyers across 13 UK locations. The Bristol Real Estate team specialises in all facets of real estate work, including property finance, commercial and residential development, fund management, and regeneration projects. With a strong sector-focused client base in transport and logistics, clean energy, telecoms, waste, and sustainability, the team offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-value, complex real estate transactions
- Provide exemplary client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SRA competence standards
- Continuously update technical expertise in real estate law
- Collaborate with partners on strategic projects
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in real estate law from a reputable commercial practise
- Strong commercial acumen and industry understanding
- Proven financial management and case management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience with telecoms code agreements
- Background in handling regeneration projects
- Previous exposure to client management and business development
