About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join our client’s busy and expanding Real Estate Development team in Southampton. This key role offers exposure to a diverse range of development transactions, including residential site acquisitions, strategic land projects, healthcare developments, and commercial development finance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Transactional Support: Manage and advise on real estate development transactions, including care home and GP surgery developments, residential and commercial site acquisitions, strategic land arrangements, and financing.
- Drafting & Negotiation: Draft and negotiate development agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts, and related real estate documentation.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- Case Management: Independently run your own matters while receiving support from senior team members when necessary.
- Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the practise through networking, client development, and marketing initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other legal teams and professionals to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
