LHH is partnered with a purpose‑led, independent organisation, operating at the heart of the UK’s financial services sector, as they seek an experienced Procurement Business Partner, to lead on the Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management of Technology service contracts.
The Procurement Business Partner plays a pivotal role in championing procurement across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and ensuring full compliance with procurement policies, standards and governance requirements.
It is essential that you are knowledgeable in public procurement legislation and have extensive experience procuring large Technology services within a public sector environment.
In this role, you will lead end‑to‑end sourcing activity, from strategic planning and pipeline management to the delivery of robust commercial outcomes through well‑structured, transparent project and tender management.
You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and will work closely with suppliers to ensure contracts are accurately maintained, performance monitored, and governance structures embedded, while proactively addressing compliance issues and supporting contract owners in managing key suppliers.
