Overview
Our client is looking for a People Partner to join their collaborative People team. Reporting into the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy - balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who brings creativity, agility and a growth mindset to everything they do.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and succession planning.
- Coaching managers to elevate leadership capability.
- Supporting change initiatives and embedding a culture of ownership and performance.
- Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing.
- Enhancing HR systems, policies, and payroll processes.
- Leading initiatives across learning, development, and wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coaching and leadership development skills.
- Strategic mindset whilst delivering operational excellence.
- Experience in talent planning, recruitment and performance enablement.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward it (desirable).
- Adaptable, proactive and collaborative approach.
- Data-oriented and passionate about learning.
