You will provide senior specialist guidance on employee relations, governance, HR systems, payroll, and data, translating priorities into scalable services. This is a high-impact position with a focus on operational excellence and transformation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li salary 72-84k /li li hybrid working model /li li 30 days leave plus public holidays /li li 12% non-contributory pension /li li volunteer days /li li flexible working patterns /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead delivery and continuous improvement of People Operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and colleague-focused services across the employee lifecycle /li li Provide senior specialist advice on people operations, employee relations, policy application and employment law; act as escalation for complex, high-risk issues /li li Establish and review policies, governance frameworks, controls, and service standards for compliance and effective people management /li li Oversee people data, records, HR systems, payroll, benefits and People MI; ensure data integrity and reliable service delivery /li li Develop people metrics and workforce insights to support decision making, identify trends and manage risk /li li Lead review and optimisation of People systems and processes; pursue simplification, self-service, digitisation, automation and AI /li li Manage People Culture suppliers and partners; ensure joined-up delivery of priorities across the function /li li Lead, coach and develop People Operations colleagues; provide operational leadership for audits, regulatory reviews and SMCR assessments /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience in Human Resources Management with a track record in leading People Operations and HR service delivery in a complex organisation /li li Strong experience in employee relations and UK employment law; ability to provide expert, pragmatic advice /li li Knowledge of HR governance, compliance, policy development, risk management and operational controls /li li Experience improving systems and processes with digital transformation, self-service, automation and AI-enabled solutions /li li Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making /li li Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage leaders at all levels /li li Project and change management skills, business acumen, and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment /li li Chartered Membership of the CIPD with advanced People Culture knowledge /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li stakeholder management /li li influencing and collaboration /li li HR systems and payroll operations /li li data analytics and workforce insights /li li governance and compliance tooling /li /ul
