We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organised individual to take on an exciting new opportunity with our client, a Healthcare Provider in the UK — part Personal Assistant, part Marketing Assistant, in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to wear multiple hats and work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and estates teams across both adult care and children’s services.
Key Responsibilities:- PA to Executive Director:
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and chase follow-ups
- Book travel and handle logistics across busy schedules
- Keep everything moving—on time and on point
- Assist the broader marketing team with junior-level tasks
- Help create and manage basic marketing collateral
- Provide admin support across campaigns, events, and team logistics
- Someone fast, efficient, and on-the-ball
- Excellent time management and diary coordination skills
- A naturally helpful and proactive mindset
- Experience supporting senior leadership and/or marketing teams
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Confident working with various teams and personalities
