We're partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their established HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to support a Business Services population within a growing professional services organisation.
Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll provide a proactive, generalist HR service across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to advise on:
- Employee relations
- Absence management
- Performance management
- The application of HR policies and procedures
You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted first point of contact for HR queries while coaching managers to drive best practice. The role also involves supporting key HR initiatives, including:
- Performance and pay review processes
- HR systems
- Inductions
- Exit interviews
- Wider people projects
There will be opportunities to contribute to process improvements and support initiatives across areas such as wellbeing, inclusion and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with previous generalist HR experience, ideally gained within a professional services or similarly complex environment. You'll have a solid understanding of employment law, experience advising managers on a range of HR matters, and excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
