The successful candidate will work alongside experienced specialists, advising a broad range of clients including landowners, farming businesses, estate owners, rural enterprises, lenders, and investors on a variety of rural property matters. Candidates with experience in rural property law are encouraged to apply. Applications will also be welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with a genuine interest in developing a specialist practice within the agricultural and landed estates sector. Sale, purchase and leasing of rural properties, farms, estates, woodland and amenity land. Estate management and rural land administration. Secured lending transactions involving rural property, acting for borrowers and lenders. Renewable energy and energy storage projects, including option agreements and lease arrangements for solar and other schemes. An effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Interested in networking, business development and helping to grow the practice. You will be joining a highly regarded rural property practice that acts for a diverse client base across the agricultural, landed estates and rural business sectors.
