You will join the Business Services and Outsourcing team, which plays a key role in meeting clients’ evolving needs. The team delivers long‑term, sustainable value by providing a range of solutions, including accounting, payroll and compliance services, while also working closely with colleagues across the wider firm both in the UK and internationally.

This is a varied and fast‑moving environment that rewards initiative, strong problem‑solving skills and commercial awareness, offering clear opportunities for progression and development.

As a Manager/Assistant Manager, you will build strong technical and financial reporting expertise within a collaborative team, supported by high‑quality training and development. You will work with a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors, delivering statutory accounts and advisory services under UK GAAP and IFRS.

You will take ownership of more complex engagements, manage and develop client relationships, review the work of junior team members and ensure consistently high‑quality and timely delivery. In addition, you will contribute to the wider Financial Reporting management team, supporting people development, business growth, commercial performance and compliance with firm policies and procedures.

  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, consolidations and cash flows
  • Delivering financial reporting and advisory services under UK GAAP and UK‑adopted IFRS
  • Reviewing team output and providing coaching and feedback
  • Supporting people development, performance and progression within the team

You will also be encouraged to identify and contribute to business development opportunities and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
