About the Role
Join a Top-10 firm as a Senior Manager as part of its national Deals Tax team.
This specialist team advises clients on the tax implications of a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, business recovery situations, and real asset investments.
Working closely with colleagues across corporate tax, transaction advisory and international teams, you will support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, helping them navigate complex tax considerations and maximise value from transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored tax advice on a broad range of transaction-related matters in a fast-paced and dynamic market.

- Collaborate with specialists across tax, transaction advisory and international teams to provide integrated client solutions.

The skills and experience you will bring
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CTA, ICAS, CAI or an equivalent international qualification, or comparable relevant experience.
- Significant experience in corporate tax, transaction tax, deals tax or a related advisory environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop networks internally and externally, including international stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
