LHH are working with a leading law firm that is seeking to appoint an experienced Associate to join their Commercial Disputes team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of contentious matters, including both national and cross-border disputes.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising and representing clients in commercial litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution
- Handling a broad range of disputes, including contractual and commercial matters, public law disputes (judicial review and procurement litigation), professional negligence, injunctions, reputation management, and contentious insolvency
- Managing your own caseload (with appropriate supervision) and assisting senior lawyers on complex matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to marketing and profile-raising activities, such as client training sessions and seminars
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and managing files efficiently
- Meeting agreed targets and billing requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor with around 4 years’ post‑qualification experience
- Strong contentious experience across a range of dispute types
- Insolvency experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to manage files independently and take responsibility where appropriate
- Excellent client focus and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- A proactive, flexible approach and enthusiasm for professional development
