Join our client, a leading asset management organisation, as they are currently seeking an experienced Manager for their UK Institutional Fiduciary Management Sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in accelerating the organisation’s growth within the UK Fiduciary Management & OCIO market.
Responsibilities:

Lead the engagement with professional trustees, working closely with the EMEA sales and client teams.

Take a primary role in new business efforts and RFP responses for fiduciary management and OCIO opportunities.

Develop a concise, persuasive articulation of our client’s FM/OCIO capabilities to match client and prospect needs.

Contribute to formulating and developing our client’s FM proposition, ensuring the solutions provided align with client objectives.

Generate new leads and build the pipeline. Progress opportunities through the pipeline and lead the team at finals presentations.

Collaborate with colleagues, share ideas and innovations, and contribute to the overall development of the organisation’s EMEA business.
Qualifications & Experience:

CFA Level 1 or progress through Actuarial exams (desirable).

Relevant BSc/BA (Maths/Economics or similar) or equivalent experience (desirable).

In-depth knowledge of the UK Pension Fund market dynamics and investors’ needs.

Strong technical understanding of pension schemes’ investment objectives and the types of investment strategies that align with these objectives.

Good understanding of the professional trustee market, with contacts across major firms.
