The Role: The VP, EMEA Marketing primary responsibilities include growth strategy, campaign creation and management, and events. This critical position will lead and oversee the planning, development, and execution of the company’s EMEA marketing, market research, field marketing, and demand generation traversing all EMEA geographic regions across all Ezra product lines. Reporting into the SVP, EMEA Sales, the VP, EMEA Marketing will effectively lead their team using market research, advertising, and digital media strategies to expand the customer base. This key individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing to include the rise of new media, the growing number of sales and service touch points, and all fragmentations of customer segments. They will lead the EMEA Marketing change in response to evolving buying patterns, stepping up efforts to shape the company’s public profile, managing complexity, and building innovative digital marketing capabilities throughout the company as a whole.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set the market strategy and direction for the EMEA Marketing team, including Attraction & Lead Generation, Marketing Operations and Sales Engagement.
  • Define the strategic vision and establish measurable goals for the EMEA Marketing team.
  • Direct a team of marketing professionals while ensuring all direct reports are being effectively challenged, developed, and measured for performance consistent with the expectations of their assigned positions and goals leading by example.
  • Lead with a progressive, strategic point of view by maintaining an understanding of best practices, both inside and outside of the coaching industry and staying abreast of external intelligence.
  • Develop, build, and ensure company brand is positioned consistently and effectively.
  • Lead the integration of the Ezra brand throughout all aspects of the EMEA marketing / BD function, including brand positioning, external messaging, and competitive positioning for project pursuits.
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure brand integration within the employee experience, including recruiting, new employee orientation, new leader immersion, and positioning of reward and recognition programs.
  • Manage corporate reputation and engagement by third parties and social media.
  • Understand and capitalise on the needs of new markets, segments, and consumers.
  • Heed the voice of the customer and develop and manage ongoing strategies to deepen client loyalty, ensure ideal client retention and influence measurable business results.
  • Evolve marketing practices and strategies to continually drive Ezra's marketing effectiveness, and explore new technologies, alternative media, tools and processes to continually refine marketing efficiency.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organisational goals.
  • Develop and maintain current and historical data-management tools and processes that support market and trend analytics.
  • Set KPI's for marketing activities across the business.

About you: 8-10 years of well-rounded sales and marketing experience (B2B preferred) in positions of increasing responsibility with a focus on market expansion. At least five years' experience in a leadership role. Ability to create a marketing voice and trusted advisor relationship with the Global Leadership team, with a fast-paced, high-growth business, SaaS preferred.
