LHH is supporting a high‑profile, transformation‑focused organisation to appoint an experienced interim Talent & Performance Specialist for an initial 6‑month contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead and embed enterprise‑wide people frameworks that are commercial, credible and immediately usable - working closely with senior leaders in a complex, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for designing and delivering several critical, organisation‑wide initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, talent review and future capability:
  • Design and implement a business‑ready performance management framework integrating outcomes and leadership behaviours
  • Align leadership behaviours to job architecture, values and strategic priorities
  • Identify critical roles and talent segments aligned to strategy and business risk
  • Establish a robust succession methodology
  • Provide executives with clear insight into readiness, bench strength and risk across senior populations
  • Design and lead a company‑wide talent review process with strong calibration
  • Identify emerging leadership and workforce capability requirements
  • Highlight gaps against future strategic direction and recommend practical approaches to address gaps through talent and development solutions

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level performance, succession and talent programmes
  • Confident operating at Executive and Board level
  • Pragmatic, delivery‑focused and credible with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading from the front and setting sustainable standards
