Key Responsibilities Lead the development and growth of a Specialty underwriting portfolio.
Develop and execute underwriting strategy within your chosen class of business.
Build and maintain strong broker and client relationships across the UK market.
Identify profitable growth opportunities and new product initiatives.
Collaborate with claims, actuarial, compliance, finance and data teams to ensure sustainable portfolio performance.
Support the hiring, mentoring and development of future underwriting talent.
Contribute to the broader growth strategy of a rapidly expanding Specialty division.
