LHH is working with an international sports organisation operating at the highest level of global motorsport seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support communications across Formula-level racing and world-class championships. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with existing exposure to sport or motorsport environments, who is comfortable working around live events, tight deadlines, and highly visible digital platforms. The role sits within a central communications team, supporting activity across multiple championships and disciplines.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Support live event and race-weekend coverage, including real-time posting and reactive content.
- Manage and contribute to global content calendars across multiple sporting properties.
- Work closely with communications colleagues and external partners to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging.
- Monitor performance and engagement data to inform optimisation and reporting.
- Support brand integrity and reputation management across all social channels.
- Keep up to date with platform developments, trends and best practice in sports and motorsport social media.
2–4 years’ experience in a social media, digital content or communications role. Strong understanding of live sport dynamics and fast-turnaround content creation. Hands-on experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or video editing software. Solid knowledge of major social platforms, algorithms, content formats and analytics. The role is London-based with hybrid/flexible working. There may be some opportunity to attend sporting events live, though this is not a heavy-travel role. This is a rare opportunity to work close to elite motorsport, contributing to how major global championships are experienced by audiences worldwide.
