Senior HR Advisor to join their established HR team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle while contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives

. The Ro le Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers across the business, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people matters.

  • ents. Support recruitment activities, including briefing roles, interviewing and stakeholder manage
  • ment. Oversee onboarding and induction, ensuring an excellent new starter experi
  • ence. Conduct exit interviews and identify trends through HR data anal
  • ysis. Manage absence cases, return-to-work meetings and Occupational Health refer
  • rals. Support employee wellbeing initiatives and reasonable adjustment proce
  • sses. Liaise with payroll and HR operations to ensure employee records and contractual changes are accu
