This is a stand‑alone finance role, reporting directly to the owners, offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business.
As Finance Manager, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for finance, combining hands‑on delivery with commercial insight:
- Full ownership of the finance function
- Managing bookkeeping and statutory processes using Xero

- Experience in FMCG, drinks or retail is highly desirable
