As the Marketing Campaign and Content Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all lead generation marketing campaigns including creating associated content and insight within UK & Ireland. You will support LHH's key lines of services: Career transition, career development and mobility, and ICEO. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales and solutions teams, and external vendors to implement lead generation and brand awareness campaigns aligned to our POV on key HR themes.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing of UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for creating and delivering top of the funnel marketing campaigns and nurturing prospects down the funnel to PQL status for the SDR and sales team to pick up and convert. The creation of original content and insight will be vital to the success of these lead gen campaigns.

Location: London and home working (hybrid work model with min. 2 office days per week)
