LHH is working with a global, market-leading organisation to recruit a Learning & Talent Development Lead to drive learning, capability, and talent strategy across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact role reporting directly into the HR Director, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver learning and talent initiatives in a complex, multi-country environment.
The Role
As Learning & Talent Development Lead, you will act as the regional subject-matter expert for learning and talent development. You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to design and deliver programmes that support both current and future workforce needs, while improving engagement, capability, and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering blended learning programmes, including leadership, management, early careers, and succession planning
- Leading succession planning and talent reviews across the region
- Driving employee engagement, well-being, and recognition initiatives
- Supporting recruitment and talent acquisition through aligned onboarding, development pathways, and workforce planning
- Using data and insights to measure the impact of learning initiatives
- Managing learning budgets, vendors, and governance
About You
You will be an experienced L&D / Talent professional with a strategic mindset and strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will ideally have:
- 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development or Talent roles
- Proven experience designing and delivering organisation-wide learning and talent programmes
- Strong knowledge of succession planning and leadership development
- Exposure to recruitment, workforce planning, or early-career programmes
- Experience within a multinational or matrix organisation (desirable)
- CIPD or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
