An international manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced marketing leader to shape the future of its brand, customer strategy and marketing capability. Operating across multiple markets and undergoing a significant period of growth and transformation, the business is investing heavily in strengthening its customer proposition, marketing effectiveness and commercial performance.
You will sit within the senior marketing leadership team and take responsibility for defining and driving the strategic direction of the brand. You will ensure customer insight, evidence-based decision making, integrated planning and creative excellence are at the heart of business strategy, helping translate growth ambitions into impactful marketing programmes and measurable commercial outcomes.
The role combines strategic leadership with operational influence. You will lead the development of brand positioning and messaging, oversee annual marketing planning, champion customer understanding and research, and work closely with agency partners to deliver high-performing creative campaigns. You will also play a key role in transforming marketing capabilities, embedding best practice and creating greater alignment across international markets.
