Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of civil disputes, focusing on contentious probate and property matters
Advise and represent clients throughout the litigation process
Develop and implement strategies for dispute resolution, utilising litigation, mediation, and negotiation
Stay updated with developments in civil litigation and relevant case law
Qualifications
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx)
At least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE)
Proven experience handling contentious probate and property claims
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a practical, client‑focused approach
Desire to contribute to the growth of the department and the firm
Experience in other areas of civil litigation
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods
Proactive approach to client engagement and business development
Technologies
Proficient in standard legal software and case management systems
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools
