A highly regarded Private Client team in London are seeking an Associate (3β10 years' PQE) to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The team advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and many other clients on a vast range of private wealth matters.
Working alongside experienced and highly regarded Partners, the successful candidate will advise on a range of matters, including:
- Wealth structuring and asset-holding arrangements;
- Succession and estate planning both domestically and internationally;
- Wills and related private client documentation;
- Tax-efficient wealth transfer planning;
- Cross-jurisdictional matters.
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 3β10 years' PQE gained within a reputable private client practice in London or top tier regional firm.
- Experience in working on cross-border, international private client matters.
- Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
- STEP qualification or a willingness to work towards it would be advantageous.
