About the Role
As an Assistant Audit Manager, you’ll take ownership of engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, supervising teams, and driving efficiency across assignments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage audit engagements end-to-end, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
Lead and develop audit teams, providing coaching and technical guidance.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Review work for accuracy and compliance with UKGAAP and IFRS.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and risk management processes.
Contribute to business development initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What We’re Looking For
Strong audit experience within practice, including exposure to complex clients.
Solid technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Proficiency in audit and accounting software, plus strong Excel skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
