The role
The Academy Global Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering EZRA’s solutions and products through large-scale, custom client programs. You’ll lead every stage of project implementation - from requirements gathering to successful close, ensuring a seamless rollout that exceeds client expectations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a global team, mentor and coach other project management professionals, and champion best practices. Your focus will be on strengthening client relationships, simplifying complex delivery, and creating a high-quality experience that drives impact.
We’re looking for someone motivated and passionate about leading complex projects, with a strong customer and revenue focus, a proactive approach to collaboration, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing, matrixed environment.
