Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, producing accurate financial information, and liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Year-End
    • Prepare year-end accounts for multiple entities
    • Produce statutory accounts
    • Support audit process and respond to queries
    • Prepare fixed asset reports
  • Month-End
    • Bank reconciliations and accruals
    • Post journals (including duties and depreciation)
    • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
    • Prepare capex reports
  • Statutory Reporting
    • Prepare and submit VAT, regulatory, and other statutory returns on time
  • Other Duties
    • Process expense claims in line with policy
    • Liaise with auditors and advisors
    • Support the finance team and cover Accounts Payable when needed
    • Assist with ad hoc projects
