Role Purpose
Responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, producing accurate financial information, and liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Year-End
- Prepare year-end accounts for multiple entities
- Produce statutory accounts
- Support audit process and respond to queries
- Prepare fixed asset reports
- Month-End
- Bank reconciliations and accruals
- Post journals (including duties and depreciation)
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare capex reports
- Statutory Reporting
- Prepare and submit VAT, regulatory, and other statutory returns on time
- Other Duties
- Process expense claims in line with policy
- Liaise with auditors and advisors
- Support the finance team and cover Accounts Payable when needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects
