We are looking for a Community Outreach Adviser to support a seasonal home energy support service helping vulnerable households access advice and practical support during the colder months. In this role, you will build relationships with local organisations, community groups, housing providers and charities to promote the service and generate referrals. You will represent the organisation through outreach activity, networking and partner engagement, helping ensure support reaches those who need it most.
This is a proactive, community-facing role suited to someone with strong communication and relationship-building skills who enjoys working independently and making a positive impact. Experience in community engagement, outreach, partnership working or stakeholder management would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation and help improve wellbeing for communities across Liverpool and Manchester. As the role involves regular face-to-face work in the community, you will need to be able to travel locally and have access to a vehicle.
