The permanent practice legal recruitment division in Leeds works with private practice law firms, in-house legal teams, and public sector organisations to source the very best talent in the legal market on a permanent basis. We form part of the UK's leading legal recruitment offering with over 30 specialist legal consultants nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and attract qualified legal candidates through various sourcing methods including networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Previous experience in legal recruitment or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.

- Additional high-achievement annual bonus payments range from £1,000 to £20,000 depending on personal performance.
