We’re hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with solid experience in commercial contracts and public procurement to support complex, high-value projects across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (client, supplier, partnerships)
  • Advising on public sector procurement, PFI, outsourcing, and multipartite agreements
  • Managing complex legal issues, contract variations, disputes, and regulatory matters
  • Providing clear, pragmatic legal and commercial advice to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or equivalent jurisdiction)
  • Strong track record in commercial law, including supply chain and outsourcing contracts
  • Proven public procurement experience
  • Experience with PFI or similarly complex structured projects
