I’m working with a leading full-service law firm that’s looking to grow its Corporate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work on sophisticated, high-profile matters in a collaborative and high-performing environment. You’ll be involved in complex, cross-border transactions for a mix of national and international clients—private equity sponsors, listed companies, and family offices. The work spans M&A, private equity, IPOs, and public takeovers, all delivered from a single-site office with a strong team culture.
