Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a strategic and impactful Lead – Talent & Leadership Development to take ownership of the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of its leadership and talent development strategy. This senior role will play a key part in shaping a high-performing, future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative, high-impact leadership and talent programmes.
- Establishes clear success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of development interventions on performance and potential.
- Drives succession planning, talent reviews, and the development of robust leadership pipelines in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
- Champions a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and feedback at all levels of the organisation.
- Partners with senior leaders to ensure all development activity aligns with organisational growth, capability needs, and future workforce planning.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and credible professional with a strong background in talent and leadership development. They will bring:
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership development and talent management initiatives.
