Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a strategic and impactful Lead – Talent & Leadership Development to take ownership of the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of its leadership and talent development strategy. This senior role will play a key part in shaping a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative, high-impact leadership and talent programmes.
  • Establishes clear success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of development interventions on performance and potential.
  • Drives succession planning, talent reviews, and the development of robust leadership pipelines in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
  • Champions a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and feedback at all levels of the organisation.
  • Partners with senior leaders to ensure all development activity aligns with organisational growth, capability needs, and future workforce planning.
