Leads the end-to-end design and delivery of innovative, high-impact leadership and talent programmes. Establishes clear success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of development interventions on performance and potential. Drives succession planning, talent reviews, and the development of robust leadership pipelines in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders. Partners with senior leaders to ensure all development activity aligns with organisational growth, capability needs, and future workforce planning. The successful candidate will be an experienced and credible professional with a strong background in talent and leadership development. Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership development and talent management initiatives.
