This role offers a salary of up to Β£48,000 per annum, alongside a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week office/field-based and 2 days working from home.
Please note that the three on-site days may involve a combination of office attendance and travel to retail locations, with some weeks requiring all three days in the field. Overnight stays will also be required depending on business needs.
The salary and working arrangements are fixed, so applicants must be comfortable with these requirements.
If you're an experienced L&D professional with a background in retail and enjoy a varied, people-focused role, we'd love to hear from you.
