We are building a new Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability as part of a significant service transition programme and are seeking experienced IAM professionals to join the team. We have opportunities across engineering, support and service leadership disciplines and are interested in speaking with candidates who have strong experience in one or more areas of Identity & Access Management.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience supporting, administering, designing or leading enterprise IAM services in production environments.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and administering IAM technologies and platforms
- Managing user lifecycle processes including Joiners, Movers and Leavers
- Supporting Single Sign-On and identity federation solutions
- Supporting privileged access and privileged account management solutions
- Managing Active Directory and associated identity services
- Supporting identity governance, compliance and audit requirements
- Contributing to service transition and operational readiness activities
- Developing and maintaining IAM processes, standards and documentation
- Providing technical leadership and service ownership where appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable commercial experience within Identity & Access Management
- Ability to operate independently within a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within security-conscious or regulated environments
- Understanding of IAM best practice, governance and access control
Working Arrangements
- Location: Inverness
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 09:00 – 17:30
- 100% onsite
- Secure working environment
- No hybrid or remote working available
Due to the nature of the environment, mobile phones and smartwatches are not permitted at desks.
Interview Process
Applicants may be invited to complete a technical competency screening call prior to interview. The interview process will consist of:
- Stage 1 – Teams interview with IAM stakeholders
- Stage 2 – Follow-up interview with local leadership where required
