A financial institution is seeking an experienced Interim Legal Counsel to join its EMEA legal team on a maternity cover, starting ASAP, on a day-rate basis. The role will focus on advising on a broad range of funds finance and general banking matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating subscription line facilities, NAV facilities, margin loans and other structured lending documentation, primarily based on LMA standards.

Candidates should be UK-qualified (or equivalent) with experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or financial institution. Strong familiarity with market-standard loan documentation, the ability to manage matters with a high degree of autonomy, and experience working directly with front-office and internal stakeholders are essential.
