Exciting new Legal Contracts Manager opportunity! You will play a key role in managing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts for our client within the Med-Tech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting negotiations on contracts, including:
- Master Service Agreements
- Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreements (CDA's/NDA's)
- Supplier Framework Agreements/Supplier Terms & Conditions
- Intellectual Property Agreements
- Maintaining and managing contracts with existing clients and suppliers, acting as a key point of contact.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as required.
Candidate specification:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or non-qualified will be considered (law degree or legal qualification).
- Experience in negotiating and managing commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of contract law and ideally GDPR principles.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial risk and contract management.
- In-House experience in commercial contracts.
- Strong organisational and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience managing contracts in a consulting organisation.
- Background in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Personal Qualities:
- Proven negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build trusting and effective working relationships.
- Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to work independently.
