A well established organisation in South Yorkshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Executive to join its in-house legal team on a permanent basis. This is a key role supporting the delivery of residential plot sales, part exchange purchases, and associated re-sales. The successful candidate will manage a busy caseload from file opening to completion, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing documentation for each transaction, including contract packs, enquiries, and completion statements.
  • Managing part exchange purchases and subsequent re-sales.
  • Taking instructions from internal clients and progressing matters accordingly.
  • Liaising with the sales team to ensure timely exchanges and completions.
  • Registering part exchange purchases.
  • Generating reports from the internal case management system.
  • Supporting the legal team with delegated supervisory responsibilities as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
  • Ideally experienced in new build transactions.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using case management systems.
  • Knowledge of the Solicitors Code of Conduct, CQS, and UK Finance Lenders Handbook.
