An established legal practice in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (4+ years’ post-qualification experience) to join its growing private client team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high-quality caseload, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to the continued development of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad private client caseload with minimal supervision
- Advising clients on a range of private client matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts
- Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance Tax planning
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in private client work
- Strong technical knowledge across core private client matters
- Ability to manage files independently from instruction to completion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and professional approach to client care
- STEP qualification (or working towards) desirable but not essential
