HR Business Partner Location: Occasional travel to Sussex (Hybrid) Contract: Fixed-Term Languages Required: English, German and French LHH is partnering with a global international organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support business operations across multiple European countries. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in complex, multinational environments and has strong experience managing employee relations, labour law compliance, and employee representative bodies across Europe. Reporting to the regional HR leadership team, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across several European markets, including the Netherlands, Germany, France, Switzerland, Belgium and Spain. You will work closely with senior business leaders to deliver people initiatives, support organisational change, manage complex employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation. HR Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across multiple European locations. Provide strategic and operational HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. Support workforce planning, organisational design and talent initiatives. Translate business objectives into effective people strategies. Employee Relations & Labour Law Lead complex employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary processes and grievances. Ensure compliance with local employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support annual salary review and bonus processes. Partner with payroll and reward teams to ensure compliant and accurate delivery of employee compensation and benefits. HR Operations & Systems Maintain accurate employee data and documentation. Support organisational changes and HR processes within HR systems. Analyse HR metrics and provide business-focused insights. Change & Transformation Support regional HR projects and transformation programmes. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a multi-country European environment. Strong knowledge of European labour law and employee relations practices. Fluency in English, German and French . Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills. Experience using HRIS platforms and HR reporting tools. Additional European language skills, particularly Dutch or Spanish. Experience working with Workday. Hybrid working environment.
