HR Shared Services Manager Location: Farringdon, London (3 days in office) ️ Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Salary: £70,000 per annum About the Role: We’re partnering with a dynamic organisation going through a period of exciting transformation. They’re looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to lead and evolve their HR service delivery model during a key transition phase. This is a hands-on leadership role that offers the opportunity to truly shape the function – perfect for someone passionate about building structure, driving performance, and making a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a junior HR Shared Services team, providing day-to-day support and coaching Drive performance and accountability across the team by introducing and managing core metrics and KPIs Build and optimise reporting dashboards, SLAs, and HR analytics to improve service delivery Ensure strong compliance and risk management across all HR operations – ideally with a global lens Partner with key stakeholders across HR and the wider business to identify areas for continuous improvement Play a key role in embedding structure and consistency in HR operations during a period of significant change What We’re Looking For: ✔ Proven experience managing HR Shared Services in a fast-paced, evolving environment ✔ A confident and supportive leader who thrives on uplifting junior team members ✔ Strong knowledge of HR operations, reporting, metrics, and systems ✔ Comfortable working with SLAs, dashboards, and performance data ✔ A good understanding of compliance and risk – international experience is a plus ✔ Proactive, process-driven, and able to influence change across functions Why Apply?
