LHH is delighted to partner with a well-regarded public sector organisation as they seek an HR Assistant/Associate Business Partner to join their team on a fixed term contract.
Position Overview
As HR Associate Business Partner, you will provide a comprehensive range of HR advice and guidance to Managers, trade unions, and colleagues in allocated service areas. This includes ensuring the application of consistent HR policy, process and procedure, and the adherence to best practice processes and employment legislation. You will also work closely with HR colleagues across other services and within the wider HR service, to ensure seamless cross-service delivery, and to highlight and take forward opportunities for sharing of best practice and opportunities for learning.
Responsibilities
- Support managers with Attendance, Disciplinary, and Grievance cases.
- Advise on policy and employment law cases.
- Communicate and build relationships with senior managers, trade unions, services, and colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for an HR professional who has demonstrable communication and consultation skills.
