As HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives, including:

  • Employee relations case management
  • Restructuring, redundancy and change programmes
  • Management coaching and development
  • Recruitment support
  • HR projects and organisational development initiatives
  • Employment law advice and guidance
  • Employee engagement and retention strategies

We are looking for a commercially-minded HR professional who can confidently work autonomously while thriving as part of a wider team.

You will ideally have:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong HR generalist experience
  • Employee relations expertise including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and ideally TUPE
  • Up-to-date employment law knowledge
  • Experience designing and delivering management training
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
