We’re partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Head of Reward into a newly created, high-impact leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and shape the Reward function from the ground up, driving strategy while remaining close to delivery.
The Role: As Head of Reward, you will take ownership of the full Reward agenda, including:
- Compensation strategy and frameworks
- Benefits design and administration
- Reward policies, processes, and governance
- Job grading and evaluation structures
- Implementation of new systems and scalable processes
You’ll play a key role in ensuring Reward supports business growth, attracts top talent, and drives performance across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven, end-to-end Reward experience
- Strong background in job grading and evaluation
- Experience setting up or transforming Reward systems and processes
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
