We are excited to be supporting a well-established organisation on a confidential search for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to take ownership of their talented in-house recruitment function. This role offers the opportunity to lead a small team, oversee a busy hiring environment, and shape how recruitment is delivered across the business. - Comfortable managing recruitment at pace across a range of roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience improving processes, systems and delivery models.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and standard UK hiring practices.
- Experience in a global / multi-site hiring environment would be an advantage.
