The Role
You will join an established Commercial Property team advising a varied client base across a range of sectors.
You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while working alongside experienced colleagues on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
Your work will include
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
- Investment and asset management.
- Development and strategic property matters.
- Drafting and negotiating property agreements.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Providing practical, commercially focused advice.
