Finance Business Partner - Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Title: Finance Business Partner Remuneration: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum Contract Details: Full-time Our client, a leading SME business in its sector, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to lead their financial planning and analysis efforts across the organisation. As the Finance Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational support to senior management, driving business performance through financial insights and recommendations. Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Create and maintain financial models Variance analysis, KPIs, and financial trends. Develop dashboards to monitor financial performance Collaborate with department heads and business unit leaders to understand their financial needs and provide guidance. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for financial goals. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel.
