We are working with a leading Top 50 ranked national law firm who is seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level to join the team in Cambridge. This is an outstanding opportunity to take over an existing caseload, as well as play a key role in supporting and developing the firm’s family law presence in the region, working alongside a highly respected Partner and with the full backing of one of the UK’s most prominent Family teams.

The Role

  • Handling a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedies, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children law matters.
  • The team advises a high quality client base, which includes high-net-worth matters.
  • The position offers real scope to grow your profile within the Cambridge and East Anglia market, supported by the firm’s strong brand recognition and a well established Cambridge office.
  • You’ll have the autonomy to drive business development, build relationships, and help shape the growth of the practice.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid private family law experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
  • Confident networker with a genuine interest in business development
  • Ideally well connected in the Cambridge or East Anglia market
