This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or legal executive looking to move into, or further develop, an in-house career within a commercially driven environment. This organisation operates at scale across multiple regional offices and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments. This role sits within a central legal function, supporting a number of regional teams. You’ll work closely with senior legal leadership and play a key role in advising on a broad range of property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong working relationships with regional stakeholders across the business
  • Advising on a variety of property matters, with a particular focus on affordable housing and investor sales
  • Supporting on wider land transactions, including disposals
  • Assisting with planning and infrastructure agreements
  • Conducting due diligence and reporting on title

About You
  • Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Experience in property law, ideally including affordable housing, development work, or land transactions
  • Familiarity with Section 106 or infrastructure agreements would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working with a housebuilder or within a real estate practice is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a commercially minded approach
