The Role

Reporting to the Group Solicitor, you’ll work within the Land and Affordable Housing sector of the Legal Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on affordable housing and investor sales
  • Supporting land disposals, planning, and infrastructure agreements
  • Conducting property due diligence and reporting on title
  • Building relationships across regional offices, with occasional travel required

About You

We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

  • PQE guide - 2+
  • Experience in affordable housing, section 106 agreements, and infrastructure matters
  • Strong property law knowledge and commercial awareness
  • Previous experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within the housebuilding sector
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholder relationships
