About the Role
Are you an experienced legal professional with a strong background in employment law? Our client is seeking an Employment Legal Counsel to join their dynamic and supportive legal team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the organisation’s Employment Tribunal caseload, offering expert legal oversight.
- Provide strategic guidance to the People Team on complex employee relations matters.
- Deliver legal advice on projects including restructuring, TUPE transfers, and corporate transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions to support a global workforce and ensure consistency in legal approach.
- Instruct and engage with external counsel when required, ensuring the highest standards of representation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of FCA/PRA regulatory requirements to support compliance and governance.
